3. Gingerbread University
Everyone loves making gingerbread houses during the holiday season, but why not take it up a level this year? Gingerbread University is a unique stop to take your family for a fun and exciting experience. You have the option to choose from a variety of giant cookies or houses to then design and create your own edible masterpiece. 4. Seal Hike at Montauk Point State Park
Even though this activity isn’t geared specifically towards the holidays, participating in this outdoor activity and unique experience will definitely be worth it. The Seal Hike can be about 2- 3 miles and along the hike you’ll have the opportunity to see seals in their natural environment! The hike is led by a State Park naturalist and usually lasts between 2-3 hours. It’s very easy, very relaxed, and very doable for beginners. However, space is limited and reservations are required. While you’re there, you’ll also be able to see the Montauk lighthouse.

5. Sag Harbor Friday Night Lights
Venture over to Sag Harbor where every Friday night, the village of Sag Harbor will light up with holiday fun, stores will have extended hours, and there will be specialty dining, holiday music, and weekly events.
